Take some time this month to heal your mind, body, & soul! Here are 5 tips you can do to get a jump start in 2024.

1.) Rest/meditate- make a plan to get a little more sleep! Do a meditation 🧘‍♀️ there are so many on YouTube, even guided. Silence the non sense and find out what your inner spirit wants & needs most.

2.) Dry January- give your body a rest from the toxic substances alcohol, drugs, sugar, etc. This will restore it and allow it to properly function. Your mental clarity will thrive as well as your physical health.

3.) Read a new self help book- cuddle up & get cozy! Learn something new to change your mind!

4.) Drink more water 💧 Hydrate your body! Flush those nasty little toxins out!

5.) Get moving!!! Whether it’s a walk, yoga, workout, run, stretching, etc. Get your body moving for 30 mins a day. Even if is dancing around while cleaning! 🧹

I promise you 1 month of this and you’ll feel renewed, alive, more clear on your dreams & how to achieve them, closer to finding your true authentic self, feel absolutely amazing, have glowing skin, & so much more!!

RIP my sweet Pretty Daisy Baby 🙏🏼🫶💖

Where do I even begin….This little dog changed my life. I know I changed hers. I never felt such unconditional love and comfort. She loved me so much and I loved her maybe even more. She was my ride or die. She was there for me during times I didn’t even know if I was going to make it. Yet, her cuddles, her love, her personality and loving little spirit lifted me up and made me smile. Made me feel better. I would have done anything to keep her forever. Such a small little dog with a tiny little heart that was bigger than any thing I know. She was truly a blessing- I believe I saved her but she really saved me. She touched so many peoples hearts and over the years our bond became stronger and stronger. I knew the day would come, I knew I was going to be heartbroken. I owed it to her to be strong and not keep pushing her to struggle through. I know she would have fought as long as she could have to stay with me. I don’t have children but her and Kingsley were my children. They were my life, my family. For 16-18 years.

I know she is reunited with Kingsley the love of her life. Jacob as well. My Gma & Papa. I’m sure George welcomed her with open arms. They all loved her so much too! 👼💖 I saw a vision of this, I saw them in shining light telling me it was okay. It was her time. I miss her so much! I miss all of them so much. Going through not even all photos on my phone I was at 444 saved in an album and realized I had enough to make this post. Lol that’s how much I loved this little pretty girl. RIP my ride or die little beauty. I will never forget you. Your left such a mark on my heart ♥️ until the day we meet again I know you will be with me. 🐕💔🌈💖🫶

In 2 hours I prepped these healthy meals and had everything cleaned up!

Growth, renewal, & transformation - life is unpredictable and we must learn to handle the waves the best we can through the ups & the downs.

Palm tree 🌴:

The trunk represents being grounded, strength, & stability. Reminds us to stand firm in the face of adversity.

The leaves represent peace, abundance, victory. They remind us to be open and welcome optimism in our life.

The branches: celebrate joyous/special occasions. They represent good luck and to ward off evil spirits.

This was a gift to myself on my spiritual awakening journey. I saw a pic of this 10 years back and wanted it but never got it. I thought it was cute. It has so much more meaning now. My phone shared this pic yesterday as a memory. I took it as a sign. So today I walked into a shop and found the perfect artist Mags who could do it. It’s absolutely perfect how it worked out and She was amazing! ✨🩷 I will be going back for more gorgeous work in the near future. 💫🙏🏼
